Privacy policy
Short and simple, like a good kitchen.
eKitchen is a small informational website. We keep data collection to a minimum, and this page explains exactly what happens when you visit.
Information we collect
eKitchen does not ask for your name, email address, or other personal information, and it has no accounts, forms, or comment sections.
Your kitchen checklist
The checklist on our home page saves your check marks in your own browser using local storage. That information stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can clear it any time with the “Clear the checklist” button or by clearing your browser’s site data.
Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when pages are requested, such as IP address, browser type, and the page visited. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running.
Fonts
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests these fonts, Google receives your IP address. See Google’s privacy policy for details.
Amazon and affiliate links
Product links on eKitchen go to Amazon.com. When you click one, Amazon may set cookies in your browser to record that you came from eKitchen, so a qualifying purchase can be credited to us. Amazon’s own privacy notice applies once you are on its site. See our affiliate disclosure for more.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page.
